About the Role
We’re hiring a Loader Operator to safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader and support various plant operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth production, plant upkeep, and overall safety at our sites.
What You’ll Do
Safely load customer trucks and trailers using a CAT 980M Wheel Loader, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure loading for transport
Conduct routine equipment maintenance tasks such as greasing, cleaning, and inspections; complete maintenance and inspection reports accurately
Assist in maintaining the plant’s operational efficiency by participating in general plant upkeep, performing repairs, and supporting other operational tasks as required
Operate additional on-site equipment such as skid steer, fuel truck, water truck, and haul truck as needed
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations and MSHA guidelines
Maintain regular in-person attendance
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Safely access and navigate facilities, including climbing and descending ladders
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent required
Efficient and safe operation of a front-end loader (training/experience required)
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
Mechanical skills preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in person and by phone
Team-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
