Required Skills:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry skills.
- Proven organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.
- High drive to succeed with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous customer service experience in a financial or professional environment.
- Familiarity with digital platforms used for portfolio management.

Other Requirements:
- Must successfully complete the Wunderlich evaluation (preferably on a computer or tablet, not a phone).
- Willingness to work onsite during the initial training period; afterwards, a hybrid schedule is expected.
- Availability for training from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for regular shifts post-training (7 am - 8 pm, including some holidays).
- Passion for continuous learning, with ongoing skill development sessions provided.
