We’re hiring a Senior Universal Banker III to join a fast-growing, community-focused bank in Danville, CA. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor while also supporting branch operations and mentoring team members.

What You’ll Do
Client Advisory & Business Development
- Build and deepen relationships with consumer and business clients
- Recommend tailored financial solutions across checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and lending products
- Support business clients with Treasury Services, RDC, and related solutions
- Participate in local networking and community events to drive new business
Operations & Compliance
- Open, manage, and service complex consumer and business accounts
- Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, KYC, and internal policies
- Review and approve complex transactions while maintaining audit readiness
- Monitor reports and maintain strong fraud prevention controls
Leadership & Team Support
- Mentor junior bankers and support team development
- Partner with the Branch Manager on sales initiatives and performance goals
- Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and a client-first approach
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of retail banking experience (teller new accounts)
- Strong experience with business banking and client relationships
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and branch operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with banking systems and MS Office
- Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
