Sr. New Accounts/CSR/Banker responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Processing all new account transactions.
- Assisting clients in their selection of various accounts and financial services.
- Actively cross selling the Bank's products and services.
- Maintaining and closing of all account types; performing branch clerical duties.
- Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good client relations and referring clients to appropriate staff and partners for new services.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- A minimum of 2 years banking teller experience is required.
- Experience with opening Consumer accounts and Business accounts is required.
- Minimum of 2 years strong customer relations skills and the ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner.
- Must possess excellent judgment and the ability to accept responsibility and handle confidential information.
- Must be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and banking programs.
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 – $28.60 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
