Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 5% Bonus
Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support U.S. HR operations within a lean, high-impact environment. This role will take full ownership of day-to-day HR functions across the Americas, partnering closely with leadership and employees to drive effective HR execution.
This is not a purely strategic role—the ideal candidate must be comfortable operating at both tactical and strategic levels, managing employee relations, benefits, HR operations, and data reporting independently. The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations for the U.S. workforce
- Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and ongoing changes
- Lead 401(k) administration including compliance, audits, and reconciliations
- Handle employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, and terminations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transitions, offboarding)
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate accurate HR reports and analytics
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as headcount and turnover
- Partner with managers and leadership on employee-related decisions and HR guidance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies
- Act as a trusted HR partner while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR operations
- Proven experience in benefits administration and 401(k) ownership (compliance, audits, enrollments)
- Solid employee relations experience, including investigations and performance management
- Experience managing full employee lifecycle processes
- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data/reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working in lean or high-growth environments
