Job Title:- Senior Employee Relations Specialist (Contract)

Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite per week)
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Range: $54 - $56.66/hour on W2

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support employees and managers on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective actions, and HR policy interpretation. The ideal candidate will partner with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while delivering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with managers on corrective actions, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and terminations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, and employee concerns.
• Process organizational and employee updates in Workday.
• Support HR escalations and policy-related inquiries.
• Analyze exit interview trends and prepare employee relations reports.
• Deliver employee relations training to managers and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8 years of Employee Relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing performance issues.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
