Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and leadership positions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop hiring strategies, source top talent, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation. The primary hiring focus will be on Marketing and Creative roles while supporting a variety of corporate functions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with an agency-style sourcing mindset who thrives on identifying passive talent, managing multiple requisitions, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.

Recruit for corporate, leadership, Marketing, and Creative positions across multiple business functions.

Manage 8-15 active requisitions while meeting hiring goals and timelines.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit.

Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Deliver a positive candidate experience while maintaining consistent communication.

Maintain accurate recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness.

Support recruiting initiatives, talent acquisition projects, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting corporate, professional, leadership, Marketing, and Creative positions.

Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience negotiating employment offers.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics.

Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
