Job Title: SAP Supply Chain Systems Analyst
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: FTE
Salary Range: $90k - $100k base salary
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with Tier 1 SAP EWM support for processes such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, goods movements, internal transfers, RF device operations, and bar code scanning
- Help troubleshoot EWM questions and issues, escalating more complex items as needed
- Monitor the Warehouse Management Monitor for exceptions, aging deliveries, and bottlenecks with guidance from more experienced team members
- Support case creation, ticket triage, documentation, and escalation to the central ERP team, AMS [NTT Data], and solution architects via ADO
- Assist with PFEP data gathering and SAP data maintenance activities
- Partner with Operations to understand line-side material presentation needs and translate approved updates into SAP/EWM master data
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in supply chain, operations, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field
- Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, warehouse management systems, inventory systems, or similar business applications
- Experience using Excel or reporting tools to review data, identify discrepancies, or support process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP MM, or another ERP/WMS platform
- SAP coursework, certification, training, or hands-on project experience
