Job description:
Under moderate supervision, the Processing Center Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within established service-level timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Shifts Available
- 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes
- Meet daily production schedules and turnaround-time requirements
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies/procedures
- Identify, manage, and escalate operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner
- Perform routine equipment checks and report operational concerns to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Previous production/manufacturing/mailing/machine-operation experience preferred (not required)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (average lifting up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to use manual pallet jacks
- Comfortable working in an air-conditioned production environment
