Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Payroll Analyst with strong experience in full-cycle payroll processing and (Preferred) Oracle HCM. This role focuses on executing in-house payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll in an in-house environment
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
- Handle payroll adjustments, validations, and reconciliations
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience managing payroll internally (not outsourced)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large or mid-size organizations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud Fusion
