- Provide functional and technical payroll expertise during the implementation of Oracle HCM
- Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to design and configure payroll processes
- Ensure payroll system configurations meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Lead and support testing efforts, including parallel payroll testing and system validation
- Support report writing, data analysis, and troubleshooting payroll-related issues
- Manage multiple priorities while leading cross-functional initiatives
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing payroll operations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Payroll
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10 years of experience
- Strong experience supporting or leading ERP/HCM implementations on the payroll side
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Spreadsheets
- Knowledge of UKG and SQL preferred
