Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and employee expense reports
• Oversee month-end and year-end AP close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
• Manage, mentor, and develop Accounts Payable team members
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation solutions
• Manage vendor onboarding, master data integrity, and supplier relationships
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve visibility and operational performance
• Support cash flow management through accurate forecasting and payment planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, accounting, and leadership teams to support business objectives
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable processes and systems
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3 years of Accounts Payable management experience with direct supervisory responsibility
• Background in a high-volume transaction environment
• Proven success leading process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
• Experience with AP automation tools and ERP systems
• Concur experience is highly preferred
• Exposure to AI-driven finance tools or automation technologies is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and drive operational excellence
