- Monthly revenue reporting
- Manage and oversee the AP team, review AP invoices, issue payments, maintain relationships with consolidated bills vendors
- Maintain high volume fixed asset module, record monthly depreciation and disposals
- Month end general ledger account reconciliations
- Administer travel expense software, approve employee expenses, review and post monthly transactions to the general ledger
- Sales and tax reporting
- Annual issuance of 1099s
- Supports annual audit
- Departmental support for Operations, Real Estate, Marketing & Finance teams
- Increase department efficiency with a focus on expediting month end close
- Must be willing to be in person at the Corporate HQ 3-4 days per week
- Ad Hoc projects as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Must be technically proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various internal and external teams with a proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and inspire collaboration and action
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
