The company is seeking an experienced training professional to coordinate, develop, deliver, and assess enterprise-wide learning and workforce development programs. This role partners closely with HR, business leaders, SMEs, and vendors to ensure effective, scalable, and compliant training solutions.
Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Typically
7 years
of experience developing and/or delivering training programs - Strong ability to communicate technical and non-technical content clearly to diverse audiences
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate learning curriculum delivery from
needs assessment through design, pilot, implementation, and evaluation - Provide administrative and logistical support for corporate workforce development initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, managers, leaders, and senior leadership to assess and support workforce development needs
- Schedule courses and manage relationships with internal SMEs and external vendors
- Support instructors, vendors, and participants on the day of course delivery
- Provide detailed operational and logistical support to organizational effectiveness (OE) training functions
- Analyze course effectiveness using feedback and observations; recommend improvements
- Prepare, organize, edit, and maintain course materials in compliance with corporate and security standards
- Ensure sufficient class participation through internal advertising and outreach
- Operate classroom and virtual technology to support in-person and web-based training
- Proactively identify and lead process improvements for training efficiency and effectiveness
- Edit and update courseware as needed
- Stay current on training industry best practices, learning technologies, and IT capabilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and procurement
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
- May train and mentor others on work processes and procedures
