Job Title: Payment Integrity Coding Coordinator
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – onsite 1–2 days/week, must be based in Phoenix or willing to relocate)
Required
- CPC or CIC certification
- 2 years of experience in coding, claims auditing, or payment integrity
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, and medical terminology
- Experience analyzing claim data and audit results
- High attention to detail and ability to interpret medical records
Preferred
- 4 years of medical coding/auditing experience
- Inpatient hospital coding experience
- Experience coding across all claim types (inpatient, outpatient, professional)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Work Environment
- Hybrid role – must reside in Arizona or be willing to relocate
- Onsite requirements: Typically, 1–2 days per week (may vary by business need)
