Job Description:
Must Have:
- 5-7 years of IT Support experience
- Experience supporting Windows devices, computer install and configuration, printers, infrastructure, deployments, and documentation
- Experience with Jira and Active Directory.
- Experience with ITIL and Change Management
- Strong customer service and soft skills!!!
- Willing to go onsite five days a week and travel to worksites and branch locations to fix IT issues as needed. There is also an annual town hall they will travel for, which will likely be hosted in Florida.
