Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4 (Contact Center Trainer)
Location: Charlotte NC 28282 & Des Moines, IA 50266
Duration: 12 - month (with possibly extension)
Pay range : $55-$62
Job Description :
- In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Seeking an experienced training developer to build agent and supervisor training for new CCaaS platforms. Focus on Epiplex simulations, job aids, and practical learning content tied to call center workflows.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows
- Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content
- Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials
- Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content
- Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes
Required
- Experience developing training for contact center environments
- Strong instructional design and job aid development
- Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps
Preferred
- Hands-on Epiplex experience (simulations, walkthroughs
- CCaaS / CIW platform experience
- Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts
