As a Business Execution Consultant 5 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Strategy and Execution department supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Strategically evaluate and resolve unique challenges requiring in-depth analysis, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions with innovation and creativity.
• Provide expertise and strategic insights to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions.
• Engage with client personnel to facilitate effective decision-making and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Support integration planning, governance, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution of strategies.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 7 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven ability to develop and operationalize multiyear strategies for complex organizations, especially in payments or financial services domains.
• Strong skills in crafting strategic frameworks, executive narratives, and presentation materials.
• Experience interfacing directly with senior domain leaders and translating ambiguity into structured outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple products and support integration planning through governance, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
