- Lead the gathering, analysis, and validation of complex business and functional requirements independently.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, business rules, and user stories to facilitate seamless platform development.
- Collaborate with UX designers to craft intuitive workflows, wireframes, and user experiences that meet business objectives.
- Support agile product delivery by creating and maintaining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and assist in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping and analyze data to validate requirements and support solution design, including AI-enabled capabilities.
- 8 years of experience supporting complex technology or platform initiatives, with a focus on business analysis.
- Proven ability to create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and comprehensive business documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and source-to-target data mapping across multiple systems.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams on workflows and screen design to enhance user experience.
