- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
- Strategically evaluate and resolve unique challenges requiring in-depth analysis, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions with innovation and creativity.
- Provide expertise and strategic insights to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions.
- Engage with client personnel to facilitate effective decision-making and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Support integration planning, governance, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution of strategies.
- 7 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Proven ability to develop and operationalize multiyear strategies for complex organizations, especially in payments or financial services domains.
- Strong skills in crafting strategic frameworks, executive narratives, and presentation materials.
- Experience interfacing directly with senior domain leaders and translating ambiguity into structured outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple products and support integration planning through governance, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
