What You'll Do:
- Provide responsive and professional support to customers via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Process orders, coordinate customer needs with various team members and departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions in fast-paced scenarios.

What We Are Looking For:
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction practices, with a focus on timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear written communication skills for handling calls, emails, and detailed order information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Comfort using office software and order-entry/CRM systems; willingness to learn company-specific tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data, processing orders, and documenting customer interactions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams.
- Previous experience in customer service or manufacturing; high school diploma or equivalent required, further education a plus.
