What We Expect

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy communicator to be the face and voice of our shop.

The Essentials

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License.
• Strong computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM).
• Ability to physically lift up to 40 lbs (to help arrange vehicles and manage shop tasks).
  
  

Accountable For

• Relationship Building: Serve as our primary phone answerer, greeting customers, and managing online interactions.
• Customer Service: Guide customers through a smooth drop-off and pick-up process and accurately book appointments.
• Team Collaboration: Support our service advisors with their workload and confidently step into their shoes when they are away on vacation or sick leave.
• Dynamic Shop Support: Jump in on special projects and help manage the vehicle parking lot layout.
• Multi-Location Floater: Occasionally helps with other facilities, as needed basis (transportation provided).
