We are looking for a high-performing Mid-Level Service Advisor to join our locally-owned, high-volume shop. This isn't an entry-level role; we need a professional capable of managing a ~30 RO workload while maintaining elite scorecard metrics. You'll be supported by the best technicians in Greater Grand Rapids in a stable, secure, and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Manage Flow: Turn inquiries into appointments and manage complex repair orders from intake to invoice.
Advise & Sell: Use your 2–5 years of expertise to translate technician findings into clear, confident recommendations for our customers.
Technical Integration: Maintain seamless communication between the technicians and customers. May complete test drives and other necessary work to maintain efficiencies.

What You Bring
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional automotive service advising (required).
- Efficiency: Proven ability to handle about 30 repair orders simultaneously with accurate documentation.
- Skillset: Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication. Strong sales/math skills for pricing/markups; proficiency in Microsoft Suite and multi-line systems.
- Credential: ASE Service Consultant certification (preferred). Must have a valid Driver's License (required).
