Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements): This involves supervising the daily operations of residential group homes for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Provide Support: You will be responsible for ensuring individuals receive the necessary support to live as independently as possible within their community.
- Team Leadership: You will hire, schedule, lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Persons (DSPs) who work directly with the individuals.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations are crucial aspects of this role.

Requirements:
- High school education completed or equivalency
- Driver's license
- Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
- DSP, ADSP or CNA certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience as a Residential Specialist, House Manager or Supervisor
- Experience working in a residential setting, healthcare or adult care
- Positive attendance and performance record
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must pass a background check
