As a Licensed Practical Nurse at DHI, you’ll play a key role in:
Performing physical assessments, administering medications, and providing medical interventions.
- Supporting and training staff to address the health and safety needs of individuals.
- Scheduling and assisting with medical appointments and follow-up care.
- Monitoring medication administration processes and addressing errors as needed.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement support plans.
- Ensuring the maintenance of medical records and communication with health professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid LPN License in the State of North Dakota.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean background check.
- Experience in developmental disability services (preferred).
- A passion for helping others and the ability to work collaboratively.
