Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Warren, MN
Seeking a part-time LPN to work every other weekend.
North Star Manor, a long-term care facility in Warren, MN, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. This position focuses on providing consistent, high-quality care to long-term residents while working closely with CNAs, medication aides, and the nursing team.
Pay: $30.00 – $36.50 per hour depending on experience
Shift Differential: $2.00/hour for shifts between 4:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality resident care in accordance with established policies and professional standards
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring and reporting changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care teams regarding care updates
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including:
- Care plans
- Daily charting
- Medication administration records
- Lab results and other required forms
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Assistants (CMAs)
- Assign CNA duties based on resident needs, acuity, and care requirements
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)
