Our HR team works with you to find a schedule that aligns with your availability while meeting the needs of the individuals we support.
What you will do
Your day-to-day work will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care support
- Assist with hygiene routines such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining dignity and respect
- Toileting assistance
Provide support as needed, ensuring comfort and privacy at all times
- Household support
Help maintain a clean and organized home through tasks like laundry, dishes, and general cleaning. Assist with cooking, meal planning, and feeding when needed. Administer medications in accordance with established policies and procedures. Accurately document progress, concerns, and daily activities. Support participation in activities such as Special Olympics, UND events, music therapy, arts and crafts, and community outings.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of criminal background, child abuse, and neglect checks
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and an insurable driving record
Pay and Benefits
- Starting wage of $21.00 per hour
- $1.00/hour weekend differential (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 am to 10:00 pm)
- $1.00/hour overnight differential (Nightly from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am)
