Essential job FUNCTIONS:
- Provides administrative support to the Golf Maintenance Department
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- Processes invoices and assists with accounting duties of the Golf maintenance department
- Prepares correspondence, proposals, contracts and other written documents
- Attends meetings as requested to record minutes, actionable items, follow-up, etc. as required.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Maintains accurate files and records
- Performs all office duties
Qualifications
eXPERIENCE & eDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years in an office setting required
- At least three years administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SMS
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have strong financial competence
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
