Our Team is looking for a strong leader who is proficient in English and Spanish. This position will help build a strong culture and a commitment to excelling.
Duties
- Working with Head Golf Course Superintendent and Sr. Assistant aid in the development and management of a bilingual staff
- Train, coach, and mentor individuals to perform at a high level
- Perform golf course maintenance task.
- Open to training from seasoned golf course managers to perform new task.
- Help develop workplace culture
Skills
- Must have strong bilingual skills in english/spanish.
- Must have the ability to communicate proactively and boldly
- Knowledge of golf course
- Some experience with a golf course is help, but our Team will train the right person that fits our Team
- Must be driven. This is a catapulting career job. The golf course maintenance industry is a billion dollar business in the state of South Carolina.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
