Position Overview:
We are seeking a Snow Equipment Operator / Site Inspector to join our team full-time. This role combines year-round equipment operation with winter snow responsibilities. In the winter, you’ll operate heavy equipment for snow removal while also performing site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met. During the landscape season, you’ll support landscape construction and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate loaders, skid steers, and other snow removal equipment during winter storms.
Perform on-site snow inspections for quality, safety, and compliance with contracts.
Communicate with site managers and crews to ensure efficient snow operations.
Assist with year-round landscape construction or maintenance projects as needed.
Conduct basic equipment checks and report issues promptly.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of work performed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating snow equipment (skid steer, loader, plow truck, etc.).
Strong knowledge of snow removal procedures and site safety.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.
Valid driver’s license required.
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in all weather conditions.
