The New Home Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers by demonstrating showcase homes, responding quickly to inbound leads, clearly setting expectations, and guiding clients through the custom homebuilding process with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
The New Home Consultant is responsible for driving build on your lot new home sales by delivering an exceptional, relationship-driven buying experience from first contact through contract and beyond.

Work Location & Hours
This position is located at t our model homes located in either New Waverly or Willis, Texas and supports build-on-your-lot homebuyers throughout the Houston MSA. The schedule provides two days off during the week and requires weekends and select holidays.
