Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
- Lead coordination between field crews, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success.
- Utilize Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam to track project progress, documentation, and reporting.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Support business relationships by maintaining clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical project management within construction.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
