We are currently hiring Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers to support our expanding project portfolio. As a Project Manager at Centric, you’ll lead or support commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Whether you're earlier in your career or bring years of experience, we have opportunities that match your skills and goals.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing or supporting the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards
- Identifying and resolving issues on-site with confidence and clarity
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders on project progress and needs
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and compliance with safety protocols
Assistant Project Manager:
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
Project Manager:
- 3–7 years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up and/or renovation projects
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Senior Project Manager:
- 7 years of experience in project leadership
- Expertise in managing complex or large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
- Track record of mentoring junior team members

Salary : $74,000 - $115,000
