- 5 years of experience in electrical project management, including direct oversight of projects valued at $5 million or more.
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and applicable codes.
- Skilled in risk management, change order negotiation, and material procurement.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
