Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and managing office supplies
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns courteously and efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably as a receptionist or in a medical/dental office setting
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Demonstrated experience with phone etiquette, data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer service excellence
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and scanners
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or using QuickBooks is preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
