Position Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas. This role supports the culinary team in delivering high-quality dining experience to members and guests of the Club.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans.
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas
Assist with trash removal and recycling
Support kitchen staff with basic tasks such as stocking and cleaning
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Ensure adequate supplies of clean dishware for service
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prior experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds
Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Schedule:
