Salary Information
$28.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Help clients create resumes and make connections to employers to match client skill sets.

Essential Functions
Assist clients in creating new or revising high quality resumes and cover letters. Assist clients in identifying goals and developing career/workforce pathways.
Provide assistance to individuals to help them identify and apply for jobs which offer matching skill requirements. Provide support resulting in job placement and retention.
Maintain case notes and all other necessary documentation and updates in computer database including, but not limited to, resumes, enrollment, applications, employment plans, and/or educational plans.
Conduct follow-up contacts to determine appropriate additional services to assist the individual in achieving their goals towards further training/education or employment.
Advise, coordinate, and refer clients to support services when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Resume development and job development related experience.
Strong abilities with software programs.
Knowledge of current workforce and vocational procedures and practices.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage time.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.
Travel for training and occasional coaching sessions as needed.
Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule.
Fluency in language other than English (preferred).
