The Perks & Pay
- Starting Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hr (DOE) – Paid Weekly!

The Role: Surface Finishing & Quality
As a Finisher, you are the last line of defense for our product quality. You’ll ensure every drill bit and precision part meets our "gold standard" before it heads to the customer.
Your Daily Impact:
- Precision Polishing: Use industrial equipment to polish and buff metal parts to exact specifications.
- Surface Coating: Assist in coating processes to ensure durability and performance.
- Detail Inspection: Use your keen eyesight to identify and correct surface imperfections or defects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the machining team to maintain a steady production flow.
What You Bring to the Table
- The "Maker" Mindset: Previous polishing, buffing, or coating experience is a huge plus, but we will fully train candidates who have a passion for hands-on work.
- Reliability: A solid, consistent work history is required. We value "long-haul" employees.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent vision and a focus on the "little things" that make a part perfect.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and staying active throughout the shift.
- Requirements: An updated resume reflecting all work history; ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen.
