Senior Creator Marketing Manager

Derflan is seeking a Senior Creator Marketing Manager (Marketing Manager II) to support a global streaming and entertainment organization through a high-impact consulting engagement focused on creator and influencer marketing strategy.

This role is based in Culver City, CA with remote flexibility (PST preferred). Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic marketing environment.

This role sits within a global brand marketing organization and is focused on leading creator-driven campaigns that support large-scale entertainment launches. The position combines strategy and execution across influencer partnerships, social platforms, and paid amplification.

Annual Base Salary: $82,260 full benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creator and influencer marketing strategy across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook

• Own end-to-end creator campaign execution, including both brand-owned (on-handle) and influencer-led (off-handle) content

• Identify, evaluate, and partner with creators and influencers aligned to brand campaigns and target audiences

• Manage multi-title campaigns, ensuring alignment across marketing, social, and brand teams

• Develop scalable campaign frameworks across genres, audiences, and content windows

• Oversee creator boosting strategy, including paid amplification and performance optimization

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, media, and brand stakeholders

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize creator strategies based on engagement and reach

Basic Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends

• Experience managing influencer or creator campaigns end-to-end

• Experience working with creative tools and platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ or similar)

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within entertainment, streaming, or media organizations

• Experience working in large-scale brand or global marketing environments

• Background in paid media or content amplification strategies

• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
