THE ROLE
You'll split your time equally between two core responsibilities: managing a roster of creators and optimizing the funnel that brings them into campaigns. You'll sit at the intersection of talent relations, campaign execution, and AI-enabled operations — reporting directly into our Client Success function.
CREATOR TALENT MANAGEMENT
Own relationships with a roster of creators across verticals — nurture trust, manage performance, and resolve issues fast
Coordinate creator briefing, content submission, feedback loops, and approvals end-to-end
Identify and recruit new talent that matches brand and campaign needs
Monitor creator performance trends and flag what's working and what isn't
Serve as the creator-facing voice of SocialNative — professional, warm, and responsive
FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION
Own the creator pipeline from discovery to activation — track conversion rates at every stage
Identify drop-off points and run iterative tests to improve them
Build and maintain dashboards that surface creator pipeline health to the team
Use AI tools to personalize outreach, improve match quality, and reduce time-to-activation
Partner with Client Success to ensure creator supply meets campaign demand reliably
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE
2–5 years in influencer/creator marketing
Talent management or agency experience
Comfort with CRM or pipeline tools
Strong written communication
AI tool fluency (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Startup or fast-paced team background
Data literacy — you can read a spreadsheet and draw conclusions
