Recruiter

Derflan is seeking a Recruiter II to support a large global cloud technology organization through a high-impact consulting engagement focused on sourcing and pipeline development across technical and sales roles.

This is an onsite role based in Arlington, VA. Candidates must be local or open to working onsite five days per week.

This role sits within a go-to-market recruiting organization supporting business operations, strategy, and commercial sales functions. The position is heavily focused on sourcing and engaging talent for roles such as Solution Architects, Account Managers, and early-career sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Annual Base Salary: $94,392 full benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage technical and sales talent across multiple concurrent roles

• Manage a requisition load of approximately 12–15 roles

• Conduct passive sourcing using Boolean and creative search techniques

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies and hiring needs

• Prepare candidates for interviews and support candidate experience throughout the process

• Track and report on pipeline metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights

• Identify and solve pipeline challenges through creative sourcing approaches

• Coordinate recruiting logistics and maintain accurate tracking within systems

Basic Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience

• Strong Boolean search experience

• Experience with reporting and pipeline tracking

• Strong written communication and administrative skills

• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting go-to-market or sales hiring

• Experience recruiting for commercial or corporate roles

• Background in corporate (in-house) recruiting environments

• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
