Annual Base Salary: $94,392 full benefits
Key Responsibilities
• Source and engage technical and sales talent across multiple concurrent roles
• Manage a requisition load of approximately 12–15 roles
• Conduct passive sourcing using Boolean and creative search techniques
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies and hiring needs
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support candidate experience throughout the process
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Identify and solve pipeline challenges through creative sourcing approaches
• Coordinate recruiting logistics and maintain accurate tracking within systems
Basic Qualifications
• 3–5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience
• Strong Boolean search experience
• Experience with reporting and pipeline tracking
• Strong written communication and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting go-to-market or sales hiring
• Experience recruiting for commercial or corporate roles
• Background in corporate (in-house) recruiting environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
