Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for a long term, closed door assignment in Scottsdale. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time—including temperature-sensitive therapies requiring specialized handling.
Job Duties
- Prepare prescription orders for shipment by selecting, packaging, and labeling medications with precision
- Handle refrigerated and temperature-sensitive products using validated cold chain packaging methods
- Assemble shipments with proper insulation, coolant materials, and configurations to maintain required temperature ranges
- Perform final checks to verify order accuracy, labeling, and packaging quality before dispatch
- Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines and internal procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking, cycle counts, and managing product expiration using first-expire, first-out practices
- Utilize pharmacy systems and shipping tools to process and track outgoing orders
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets inspection and audit standards
Job Requirements
- Active national and Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
- Experience in pharmacy operations, order fulfillment, or cold chain logistics preferred
- Comfort working with pharmacy software and shipping platforms
- Ability to follow structured procedures and manage temperature-sensitive medications
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30-4:30pm
