What You'll Do
Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout Pahrump
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
Develop and update individualized plans of care
Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and wound care
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians
Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home safety
Coordinate services with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with home health policies and applicable regulations
What We're Looking For
Current, unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous Home Health nursing experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage patient visits efficiently
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
