Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing Home Health team in Las Vegas!
This full-time opportunity serves patients throughout North Las Vegas and areas north of Charleston Boulevard, on both the east and west sides of the valley.
If you enjoy providing personalized, one-on-one care and helping patients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Support mobility, ambulation, transfers, and activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs as appropriate
Provide care according to individualized patient care plans
Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to support patient needs
Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For
Current Nevada CNA license required
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability to travel throughout the assigned Las Vegas territory
Home Health or Home Care experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Ability to complete required background screening
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
