Dependable Health Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Generalist to support our Las Vegas Home Health team.

What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to multiple departments
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist visitors
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, and general office tasks
Support scheduling, communication, and daily office operations
Assist management and team members with special projects
Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information
What We're Looking For
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Dependable, professional, and willing to assist wherever needed
Healthcare or Home Health office experience is a plus
