- Current and active LPN license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual is a plus!
