Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, providing direct nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding care plans and medical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the broader healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Communicate effectively with the patient’s primary healthcare providers
  
  

Requirements

• Current and active LPN license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual is a plus!
  
  

Schedule

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Shifts typically range from 6 to 12 hours, based on patient needs.
