What are the responsibilities and job description for the OFFICE TECHNICIAN (TYPING) position at Department of Health Care Services?
The role of the Attendance Coordinator (AC) is to provide general secretarial support for the Fiscal Program's Financial Management Division (FMD) (Accounting and Budgets) chiefs and the Fiscal Forecasting Division (FFD) chiefs. The AC reconciles and reports the Fiscal Program's monthly attendance and maintains confidential personnel files.

Working Conditions
This position is located in Midtown Sacramento in a multi-story building right across the street from the beautiful Rose Garden located in Capitol Park. The location is conveniently situated near plenty of access to public transportation/parking, major freeway access, and close to several excellent restaurants.

Statement of Qualifications Requirement Section
Applicants must include a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for this recruitment. The SOQ is a narrative discussion, not a cover letter, prepared by the applicant describing how their skills, knowledge, abilities, education, training, and experience, qualify them for the position. The SOQ serves as documentation of the applicant’s ability to present information clearly and provide DHCS additional information about their experience and qualifications concisely in writing. The SOQ must be no more than two pages in length, double-spaced and using 12-point font. You must indicate your Full Name and Job Control Number at the top right corner.
