- Conduct analytical and research projects by defining research questions, testing hypotheses, validating assumptions, analyzing data, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Acquire, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources; proactively assess data quality and develop metrics to measure and monitor organizational performance
- Apply statistical analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to identify patterns, root causes, and evidence-based recommendations
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to clarify reporting needs, understand business questions, and translate requirements into effective analyses and deliverables
- Develop and deliver clear, visually compelling data visualizations and presentations for audiences ranging from internal teams to executive leadership and the Board; explain methodologies, data sources, and calculations
- Collaborate with team members on cross-functional analyses and projects, contributing to shared outcomes and a positive, solutions oriented team culture
- Design and facilitate data literacy and training sessions for district and school leaders to build capacity in data analysis, interpretation, and communication in support of district priorities and decision-making
- Serve as the primary analyst for assigned focus area(s) and provide additional analytical support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Education, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related STEM fields
- One plus (1 ) years experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Research, Education, Public Health, Social Policy, Program Evaluation Technical expertise: Business Intelligence, Reporting, Dashboarding / Visualizations, Data Science, Analytics, Programming Analysis and modeling: Data Analysis, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Data Modeling

- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
