We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Investor Reporting Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting investor reporting across a diverse portfolio, including private-label actual/actual (A/A) remittance structures, complex securitizations, scheduled/scheduled (S/S) remittance structures, and agency relationships. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, cash reconciliation, and compliance with investor requirements.

- Prepare, analyze, and deliver monthly investor reports, A/A, and S/S remittances, and custodial reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to investor guidelines, pooling and servicing agreements (PSAs), and all applicable contractual obligations.
- Monitor system balancing, cash activity, and advancing requirements to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
- Partner with Loan Boarding and Service Transfer teams to coordinate loan movements and facilitate accurate cash settlements with sellers.
- Perform and review complex reconciliations, including principal and interest (P&I), escrow, corporate advances, and custodial accounts.
- Research and resolve reporting discrepancies, including variances, shortages, overages, and system-generated exceptions.
- Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries, audits, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Support the development of junior team members by providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives assigned by management.
- Must have extensive investor reporting and accounting experience in private-label actual/actual (A/A) remittance structures, complex securitizations, and scheduled/scheduled (S/S) remittance structures.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional accounting experience in a mortgage servicing environment within the mortgage servicing industry, CPA preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
