Denver Lawn & Snow Care — Winter 2026–2027
We're hiring hardworking, dependable snow removal crew members to service residential communities, commercial properties, and managed properties throughout the Denver metro area.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, wants competitive pay, and is interested in potentially joining our full-time landscape team in spring 2027.
Pay: $27–$32 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Clear sidewalks, walkways, entrances, steps, and other designated areas.
- Operate snowblowers, shovels, and other snow removal equipment.
- Apply ice-melting materials when directed.
- Work with assigned teams to complete routes efficiently and thoroughly.
- Follow safety guidelines, property instructions, and quality standards.
- Provide work completion photos and updates.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work during winter conditions.
- Availability for early-morning, overnight, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts.
- Reliable transportation to assigned meeting locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Prior snow removal or landscaping experience preferred, but not required.

We're building additional landscape maintenance and installation crews for the upcoming season.
Standout winter employees will be considered for longer-term positions, including Landscape Maintenance Technician, Landscape Installation Technician, and Crew Leader.

Job Details: Seasonal, on-call work. Hours vary based on snowfall; no fixed weekly hours are guaranteed.
