Denver Lawn & Snow Care | 2026–2027 Winter Season
Denver Lawn & Snow Care is hiring experienced, dependable snowplow truck operators for the upcoming winter season across the Denver metro area.
We're a growing property services company specializing in commercial and residential snow removal, landscape maintenance, and landscape installations.
We're looking for operators who take pride in their work, can work independently, and understand the importance of reliability when winter storms hit.
Compensation: $35–$42 per hour, based on experience and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided plow trucks to clear assigned properties and routes.
- Respond to snow events, including overnight, early-morning, weekend, and holiday operations.
- Follow route maps, service requirements, and dispatch instructions.
- Document completed work with photos and updates.
- Conduct basic pre-trip inspections and report equipment issues.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Prior snowplow experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating pickup trucks and plow equipment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to respond to storm dispatches.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and reliably complete assigned routes.
