Denver Lawn & Snow Care | Winter 2026–2027
Denver Lawn & Snow Care is seeking experienced, responsible ATV snow-removal operators for the upcoming winter season.
Operators will use company-provided ATV snowplow equipment to service designated properties, sidewalks, pathways, and other assigned areas throughout the Denver metro area.
We're looking for individuals who are comfortable operating equipment in challenging winter conditions, can manage assigned responsibilities independently, and take equipment safety seriously.
Compensation: $30–$36 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate ATV-mounted snowplows at assigned locations.
- Clear designated sidewalks, pathways, and paved areas safely and efficiently.
- Follow route maps, property-specific instructions, and dispatch updates.
- Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Document completed work through photos and digital updates.
- Assist with additional snow removal duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior ATV or UTV operating experience strongly preferred.
- Snow removal or landscape equipment experience preferred.
- Good judgment, equipment awareness, and attention to safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in freezing temperatures and snowstorms.
- Availability for overnight, early-morning, and weekend snow operations.
- Reliable communication and transportation.

Job Details: Seasonal, on-call employment, with variable hours depending on snowfall.
